What does a Communication Centre do?

Communication Centres provide a place for interested members of the community to post a story on a topic they feel the community will be interested in.

Conversations are generated through comment boxes.

Audiences expand and idea-sharing occurs since these stories include links, and are linked to, from other Communication Centres.

A Communication Centre gives contributors the opportunity to introduce themselves by telling their story, keep their audiences informed, and connect with, inform, and excite interest in new audiences

Audiences stay informed with new stories, information, ideas, initiatives, events, and opportunities that contribute to the community of interest served by the Communication Centre.

Provide audiences with the ability to explore ideas and opportunities, and contribute information, ideas, stories, and opportunities to the interests of the community served by the Communication Centre.

Give audiences the opportunity to request communications about new contributions in areas of particular interest
